For example: hospitals, school districts, parks departments, city entities, county entities, manufacturers, fabricators, port authorities, etc. Complete the appropriate forms, send them to us and we'll process your application.
For Sole Proprietorship (one owner, not incorporated)
- Credit Application – complete and sign
- Purchase Agreement – complete and sign
- Washington State Department of Revenue Reseller Permit required or sales tax will be charged. www.dor.wa.gov
For Partnership (two or more partners, not incorporated)
- Credit Application – complete and sign
- Purchase Agreement – complete and sign
- Partner Agreement – separate agreement completed and signed by each partner (must have signed agreements from partners representing at least 75% of the partnership, preferably 100%)
- Washington State Department of Revenue Reseller Permit required or sales tax will be charged. www.dor.wa.gov
For Corporation (one or more owners, incorporated)
- Credit Application – complete and sign
- Purchase Agreement – complete and sign
- Personal Guaranty -- separate agreement completed and signed by each stockholder (must have signed agreements from stockholders representing at least 75% of the corporation, preferably 100%)

For Limited Liability Company /"LLC" (one or more owners/members, organized as an LLC)
- Credit Application – complete and sign
- Purchase Agreement – complete and sign
- Personal Guaranty -- separate agreement completed and signed by each "member" (must have signed agreements from "members" representing at least 75% of the company, preferably 100%)
